Okay, now I've listened the version you posted and it's definitely the English version of "Tu Scendi Dalle Stelle"... though they replaced with English lyrics all the 'Tu scendi dalle stelle' part so likely they also decided to change its title.
It was interesting though to listen an Italian song translated in English... usually it's the reverse way (and with more than one translation!).

If you want a translation from the correct lirics of the Italian part that has been left in the song (there's a small error in the last quote you posted) here they are:

"O Bambino mio divino,
io ti vedo qui a tremar;
o Dio beato!
Ah, quanto ti costò l'avermi amato!"
"Oh my holy baby,
I see you trembling here;
